The only sugar in this recipe is from the banana and it is a healthy one.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1½ tbsp. Raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon

Step 1: blend the banana mixed with coconut milk in a blender. Continue blending till it’s very smooth.

Coconut Butter Balls


  • Coconut butter
  • Cacao leaves

Step 1: roll the soft coconut butter into balls and press into the cacao leaves till it’s fully covered.

Step 2: place the balls into a refrigerator for some minutes or till it has solidified a little. Take them out of the refrigerator and leave for about 15 minutes before consuming.


Vanilla Chia Puddy

If you always have sugar cravings, chia seeds could help stop them. They turn any juice or liquid into a desert once added. They rich in fat & fiber.


  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp. Chia seeds

Step 1: blend all ingredients into a blender except the chia seeds.



Step 2: mix the chia seeds gently with the already blended mixture in the blender. Let it sit there for about 15 minutes until it’s nice and creamy.
