Brown Butter Hanger Steaks

This recipe is dedicated to our steak lovers all around the world.  It’s super easy to make with few or little ingredients which could be gotten anywhere in the world. If you are a super meat lover, I would advise you take this recipe seriously because you are about to be swept off your feet. With excessive nutritional value, this recipe is intended guide you through the entire process of eating healthy.

Serves: 10 chopped steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ tspn. Truffle Salt
  • 1 bunch Lemon Thyme
  • 1 ½ lb Hanger Steak
  • 1 Tbsp. Salted Butter

Additional Ingredients

  • Green beans
  • Pasture butter

Procedure

Step 1: Mince up the cloves of garlic into tiny bits.

Step 2: Heat four cups of water in a medium-size sauce pan for few minutes.

Step 3: Preheat the oven at 400°F. Carefully trim any silver skin from the steak.  Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and add butter to skillet, and cook until butter starts to brown.

Step 4: Sear steak in skillet, 2-3 minutes a side, flipping once every 2 minutes. After sometime, sprinkle the top of the steak with truffle salt, minced garlic, and top with lemon thyme sprigs.

Step 5: Remove from heat, and place skillet in the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6: Remove steak from oven, and allow cooling for 10 minutes.

Slice, and serve with the pasture butter and green beans placed side by side.
