- 2 handfuls coconut
- ¼ cup chocolate protein(preferably paleo)
- ¼ cup cacao
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- 2 cups nuts
STEP 1: blend 2 cups of nuts in a blender.
STEP 2: pour it into a bowl and add other ingredients such as 2 handfuls coconut, ¼ cup chocolate protein, ¼ cup cacao, 2 Tbsp. chia seeds and 1/3 cup nut butter. Stir properly.
STEP 3: add ½ cup of melted coconut oil and stir again.
STEP 4: pour the entire content in a bowl and place it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 5: cut the solidified form into bars or square sizes. 0:40-0:50
