Delicious No-Bake Paleo Protein Bars

Ever wanted to enjoy a paleo bar that was no-bake but still filled with protein? Ever wanted to make a quick, easy and healthy paleo bar in less than 5 minutes of preparation? This recipe guide will lead you into a very simple procedure in making your own homemade paleo bars.

  • 2 handfuls coconut
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein(preferably paleo)
  • ¼ cup cacao
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 cups nuts

STEP 1: blend 2 cups of nuts in a blender.

STEP 2: pour it into a bowl and add other ingredients such as 2 handfuls coconut, ¼ cup chocolate protein, ¼ cup cacao, 2 Tbsp. chia seeds and 1/3 cup nut butter. Stir properly.

STEP 3: add ½ cup of melted coconut oil and stir again.

STEP 4: pour the entire content in a bowl and place it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

STEP 5: cut the solidified form into bars or square sizes. 0:40-0:50
