YEILDS: about 6-9 muffins

- 6 eggs
- Coconut oil, olive oil or grass fed butter
- Sea salt
- ¼ cups bacon
- ¼ cups cilantro
- ¼ cups green onion
- ¼ cups kale
- ¼ cups tomatoes
STEP 1: pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Rub muffin tins with coconut oil, olive oil or grass-fed butter. 00:02-00:05
STEP 2: chop up vegetables (green onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and kale) and meat (bacon).
STEP 3: whisk eggs properly in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper. Now add the chopped-up veggies and meat.
STEP 4: pour bowl content into muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 mins until eggs are fully cooked.
Serve hot or cool, enjoy!
