Guacamole is often found in burritos and tacos. It’s usually rich in fiber, potassium and other essential nutrients. They provide health benefits especially to the heart, digestive system and immune system. It’s super easy and absolutely delicious with common ingredients that are all around you.
Here it is:
Serves: 1 guacamole bowl
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime for juice
- 1 serrano pepper
- A handful cilantro
Step 1: Chop the shallot, tomato and garlic into small bits and add them to a bowl.
Step 2: Peel out the avocados and add it to the mixture in the bowl and mash up.
Step 3: Add some lime juice, serrano pepper, salt, pepper and chopped cilantro.
Step 4: Garnish with some more cilantro leaves and thats it.
Very easy and quick to make. A perfect recipe to be eaten with anything, from tacos to tortillas.
