Most people will think that ice cream should be something they need to be away from. It makes them get fatter and heavier because most ice creams are all sweet. This homemade paleo ice cream recipe gives you refreshing treat with no sugar at all. Here are some simple steps on how to make it.
- 4 cups of frozen banana slices
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 lime juice
- A pinch of kosher salt
Step 1 Blend Them Well
Set aside both the pineapple and the banana slices in the room temperature for about 5 minutes. Put them into the food processor then add a can of coconut milk. Blend them for about 1 minute until smooth. Then add a pinch of kosher salt and lime juice and blend again.
Step 2 Place and Freeze It
Line your baking dish with plastic wrap and pour the mixture into it and freeze it for about 30 to 45 minutes until it turns to be ice cream.
Step 3 Serve
Scoop the ice cream into the serving glass and top it with toasted unsweet coconut flakes. Serve.
