Paleo Almond Pizza Crust

Do you love pizza? Of course, Yes! I mean who doesn’t? Today we would be showing you how to make the best pizza in town, guess what? It’s not just an ordinary pizza but a paleo pizza. This recipe is very easy to make in less than 25-30 minutes, packed with a lot of minerals and nutrients. In this recipe toppings will be added, it’s just your choice to do same.

Here it goes:

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • ¾ cup arrowroot
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ½ tsp. garlic granules
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper, ground

Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup coconut or almond milk


  • Goat cheese
  • Fresh tomatoes

Step 1: Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the dry ingredients and wet ingredients into separate bowls and whisk all together into a greasy pizza batter.


Step 2: Grease the pizza pan using coconut oil. Now pour your batter on the parchment paper that is sitting on a pizza pan (this will allow you to transfer it successfully to your pizza stone) and spread evenly.


Step 3: Preheat the oven at 425° F. Place and bake the pizza crust for 8-10 minutes (Ensure it isn’t dark in color).


Step 4: Take it out of the oven and add toppings (tomatoes and goat cheese). Now place it back in the oven and let it bake.


This almond flour recipe is very simple to make in less than 30 minutes, so easy to make. You might end up defeating the pizza guy if you do this right.
