In this recipe, we will be showing you how to make the paleo skillet chicken thigh. This recipe is so nutritional for non vegetarians and its a bit complex due to the fact that we would be removing the chicken bones from the thighs. The solid essence of doing this is to ensure that the chicken is chewed up without having to struggle with the chicken bones in your mouth.
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
Step 1: pick up your knife and place the chicken thigh on your chopping board.
Step 2: slice through the chicken horizontally from left to right or vice versa. Start from the location of the bone.
Step 3: roll the bone as you slice through till it’s finally out.
Step 1: season the chicken with enough salt before placing them on the skillet in heat. Note: you may decide not to use any oil if your chicken contains enough fat already. You could use this to fry on the skillet.
Step 2: wait till the chicken is about turning brown before adding the other seasonings. I.e, garlic powder, onion powder and black powder.
Step 3: now place the seasoned chicken into the oven at 425°F for about 25 minutes to allow it look super crispy and delicious.
We have successfully transformed a boring chicken thigh into an awesome and juicy looking chicken thigh.
