This recipe is going to show you how to make the delicious potato souffle in less than 35 minutes. Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene). They are also a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6. Additionally, they are a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and phosphorus. Very easy to make and delicious altogether.
Here it is:
Serves: 1 large bowl.
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs (2 egg white & 2 egg yolks)
- Coconut milk
- Sea salt
- White pepper
Step 1: Beat the egg whites in a bowl thoroughly. In another mixing bowl, peel out the potatoes and add the flesh to the bowl including the coconut milk, egg yolks,salt,pepper and cinnamon. Now beat the mixture till it turns a smooth batter.
Step 2: Pour the already beat egg white into the sweet potato batter and fold it into the batter.
Step 3: Prepare a greased baking dish and scoop the batter into it and place it in an oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
