- 2 tbsp avocado (mashed)
- Gluten free bread
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Step 1: mash avocado
Take an avocado and cut it in half, removing the seed. Mash it using a fork right in its shell.
Step 2: spread avocado
Using gluten free bread spread a layer of avocado onto it.
Step 3: sprinkle red pepper
Now it’s time to add some spice. Take a pinch of red pepper flakes and sprinkle them on top of the avocado.
Step 4: pinch of turmeric
On top of this add a pinch of turmeric, more if you like.
Step 5: drizzle MCT oil
Finish off by drizzling about 1 tbsp of MCT oil on top of your slice of bread.
Step 6: sea salt to taste
Final step is to sprinkle sea salt to taste about 1/2 tsp and adjust from there. Slice and serve. Now how simple is that!
