Tacos are delicious right? In every taco you eat, you must always feel the taste of happiness and warmth in your mouth. I mean who doesn’t love tacos. This recipe contains a simple guide to making your own delicious tacos.

YEILDS: 3 Paleo tacos
- 6 eggs
- 1 can of coconut milk
- ¼ cup flax meal
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 packet stevia
Pre-step: preheat a medium-sized non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
STEP 1: combine all the ingredients in a blender in no particular order. Blend until smooth.
STEP 2: coat the skillet with coconut oil.
STEP 3: pour 1/3 cups of the blended batter into the skillet in a round shaped movement.
STEP 4: allow cooking until turning brown. Flip it to the other side to ensure equal brownness.
- 12 coconut flour tortillas
- 2 lbs grass fed ground beef
- 2 teaspoons chili pepper
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash of sea salt
- Diced tomato
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced olives
- Guacamole or chopped avocado
- Pico de Gallo
STEP 1: In medium high heat, crumble your ground beef in the skillet and add all the above spices and ingredients one after the other. Stir properly.
STEP 2: Place the tortillas, ground beef and all the toppings into the tacos and make your own taco buffet.
Serve with chilled drinks and enjoy!
