Zucchini Pasta (Zoodles 101)

Zoodles are noodles gotten from zucchinis. Zucchinis have the ability to transform itself into the texture and shape of a pasta and it’s always delicious. The beauty in a zoodle is that it is rich in nutrition, low in calories and can be used in so many traditional pasta meals. It is the best way to increase the nutrient and lower the calories in your diet. It’s 100% gluten free.


  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Powdered cheese
  • Salt

You may wish to use a veggettie as a tool for transforming your zucchini into a pasta.

Step 1: chop off the ends of the zucchini. Place one end into the veggettie and screw it like it’s a pencil sharpener. Continue screwing into strings till the entire zucchini is completely out as a pasta.



Step 2: place your skillet on medium heated oven. Pour a little olive oil on it and fry some cloves of garlic. Now add your zoodles and stir well until it’s tender and soft.



Step 3: add your powdered cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes to garnish the zoodles.


You may decide to cook your zoodles using the microwave method by placing the zoodles in a bowl covered with a lid into a microwave for some minutes and allowing it to soften.
